All merchandise is shipped by Classy and Sassy Styles Boutique via USPS

in the United States. Classy and Sassy Styles Boutique is not responsible for lost or

stolen packages, delays by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses. 

When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct. 

 

Any address change request that do not  match an order can cause delays

or may be declined to protect us and our customers from credit card fraud.

 

The estimated standard delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please allow three business

day for order processing. Some of our inventory is imported and thus shipping

times may vary.

 

All Afterpay, Sezzle, Klarna, and Quadpay customers please allow three - four full

business days for order processing as we verify payment via these platforms.

 

During peek holiday seasons shipments may be delayed. All shipping details are sent

automatically via contact method used during ordering once an order has been packaged

for delivery. 

 

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

 

Many of our items have limited quantities and thus we may occasionally sell out quickly.

If this happens, we will notify you via email if an order is placed and an item is sold out.

If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount . 

We do not ship partial orders unless requested by customer via email on the date

order is place. Confirmation is sent via email once your item is shipped with

tracking information.

 

Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number

has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the

We provide customs # with every package.
