Shipping or Returns
All merchandise is shipped by Classy and Sassy Styles Boutique via USPS in the United States. Classy and Sassy Styles Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages,delays by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses. When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event your item is undelivered and returned to us a refund for the item price will be refunded after three attempts to contact you via email. Shipping costs are non refundable. Any address change request that do not match an order can cause delays or may be declined to protect us and our customers from credit card fraud.
The estimated standard delivery time is 5-10 business days. Please allow two business day for order processing. All items with extended order processing will be marked in item description. Some of our inventory is imported and thus shipping times may vary. These items are clearly marked.
Many of our items have limited quantities and thus we may occasionally sell out quickly. If this happens, we will notify you via email if an order is placed and an item is sold out. If an item is out of stock you will receive a refund for the full amount . We do not ship partial orders unless requested by customer via email on the date order is place. Confirmation is sent via email once your item is shipped with tracking information.
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline.

If your package is lost please contact your local customs office. We provide customs # with every package.
Returns & Exchanges
We will not honor returns unless it falls into our policy below. Customer must contact us via email.

We are happy to exchange an item if you're unhappy with the size of product. Customer pays for all shipping fees.
Return your item in new condition as you received it, tags attached, unwashed, and order less. If you'd like to guarantee the size/item exchange (due to our items selling out quickly) you may purchase the new item/size and notify us that you've done so and send back your original item with tracking. When we receive the original item and we'll refund you immediately.This is the only way a refund is approved.
We do not accepted items returned without prior approval or "refusal upon deliver" of items.
Classy and Sassy Styles Boutique has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Classy and Sassy Style Boutique determines does not meet these requirements. All merchandise must be Return to Classy and Sassy Styles Boutique within 14 business days of receipt. ( Date listed on receipt ) if received after exchange will not be honored. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please send all returns along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to address listed on package.
All international order are subject to their own taxes, customs fees or any other charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
